Season in Review

(Some of the Interleft Softball Team '97 Members: from
top left, clockwise: Rod, Larry, Walter, JB, Kevbud, Zeke, Tim, Mitz, Andy, Nam,
Rob, Charlie, Dennis, Mary, and Joanne.)
1997 was another successful season for the
Interleft Softball team, advancing to the semi-finals in the playoffs while having a lot
of fun throughout the season, on and off the field. Here are some recaps from the
season:
 | Our official hangout moved from Bambino's to
Watch City Brewery, with Bambino's being torn down.
|
 | We had a lot of rookies (Zeke, Kevbud, Ruth,
Jim, Nam, Jun, Keiko, Walter, and Garret) who all contributed to the success of the team
throughout the season.
|
 | We officially changed our name from Interleaf
to Interleft.
|
 | By the season's end, we only had three
regular players (Kirk, Walter, and Ivan) still affiliated with Interleaf.
|
 | Lost the Easter Seals game for the first time
in three years, against the Brandeis team by the score of 20-8.
|
 | End-of-the-season party at Rob and Mitz's on
12/13/97.
