Most baseball fans watched this event-of-a-lifetime happen on ESPN on September 6, 1995.  I was there with my family to witness the event in person!   Oh, by the way, that's Babe Ruth standing in the background...right outside of the Orioles Park at Camden Yards.  The scupltor of Babe knew that Babe was left-handed, but he didn't know enough about baseball so he made him hold a baseball glove for his left hand (a right-handed glove!).  Here, I'm with mom and Sis.
